Working time: 55s for Rds 1-6 and 1m35 for Rd7
There are three ways to start the clock.
i. Everyone builds a star and the clock starts when the first grip is released.
ii. If you launch, the clock starts when the first person starts to fly
iii. if you take ages, the clock will start 15 seconds after you get the thumbs up from the tunnel instructor, ie with 1m05 on the clock left to fly.

Build a star, split into pairs. One pair does a linked 360deg turn. Rebuild the star. Split the pairs, the 2nd pair now does a linked 360deg turn. Rebuild the star.. Repeat.

6: Carving. No grips. 1pt awarded for each complete rotation. The far edge of the door is the start/finish line. Only the first two rotations, in each direction, will score a point. So best to change direction after two rotations.
Suggest: the team captain is last in and starts to the right of the door. Start carving to the Left. As the Team Captain passes the far edge of the door, this signifies the start and after completing a lap, as they pass the far edge of the door, thats 1pt. Repeat as fast as you can.
7: Fig8. Fly a figure of 8 around two people standing in the tunnel. 1pt for each figure of 8 flown. 2pts if flown backwards. 4pts if flown on your back (note: you MUST be signed off for backflying in the tunnel to attempt this)
