Minimum requirements

1. Everyone will have at least 2hrs of 4wayFS tunnel flying, preferably 5hrs.

2. Everyone will be able to comfortably fly a 4way flat weave in a 14ft tunnel, preferably a 4way vertical weave.

3. Fun people only, no egos allowed.

FLIGHTS

Direct flights from UK to Abu Dhabi (AUH) from £430

Indirect flights from UK-AUH from £195

You'll likely need to 'self transfer' and you may have a few hours in a European city to kill but wow that's cheap.

Recommendations: travel with hand luggage only.

ACCOMMODATION

Yas Island in Abu Dhabi is medium-expensive. If you like hotels then suggest you grab one from Bookings.com and lock in that price. Every time we have been there has always been a 'flash sale' and the hotel rooms have come up half price. Everyone with a hotel room, drops their original booking and rebooks at the lower rate. The hotels are all next to each other and there is a free shuttle bus around Yas Island.

Self Catering Apartments. If you prefer a little more freedom then Airbnb is a great solution. If you are willing to share, then you can find rooms for £35pp pn with one person on a sofa bed. We recommend the Waters Edge Apartment complex due to it's proximity to the tunnel - Uber is £1.60ish or you can walk it in 20mins.

On the estate is a supermarket and a restaurant with alcohol licence on site.
